具备2年以上的公司行政管理工作经验优先
Priority given to candidates with over 2 years of administrative management experience in a company.
熟悉新加坡的政府政策和相关法规;
Familiarity with Singapore's government policies and related regulations;
具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力和协调能力;
Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills;
具备中英文的能力,能够流利地进行中英文口头和书面沟通;
Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing;
本科及以上学历,专业不限;
Bachelor's degree or above, with no specific major required;

Job Description:
1、负责商品上架,包括商品标题、描述的撰写及配图,以及梳理配套产品需求等文档;
1、Responsible for product shelving, including writing product titles and descriptions, creating graphic content, and preparing documents outlining the instruction book for complementary products;
2、根据公司平台需要制定产品招商方案,合作开发新产品。并参考交易数据,优化选品和商品展示,以提升交易量;
2、Develop product supply chain plans according to the company's platform needs and collaborate in the development of new products. Refer to transaction data to optimize product selection and presentation for increased transaction volume;
3、配合招商经理设定商品管理,并对货期追踪、货物发运、货物退换、调配等各项工作进行监控;
3、Cooperate with the supply chain management to set up product management, and monitor various work such as tracking delivery dates, shipping goods, returning and exchanging goods, and allocation;
4、平台维度的建设、优化、不断根据产品及客户需求完善平台制度;
4、Building and optimizing the platform from a dimensional perspective, continually improving the platform system based on product and customer needs;
5、平台维度相关活动的策划、营销、推广等活动开展;
5、Planning, marketing, and promotion of platform-based activities;
6、通过产品类别、品名、店铺,月份等各维度分析商品销售过程中出现的问题,分析畅、滞销商品,为商品招商及采购计划提供参考;
6、By analyzing the sales process of products through various dimensions such as product category, name, store, and monthly sale, and analyzing smooth and stagnant sales of products, provide reference for product supply chain and purchasing plans;
7、完成领导交代的其他工作;
