Key Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger accounting, and related matters.
Oversee submission of tax declarations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date financial analysis and reporting.
Handle data entry and process staff reimbursement claims.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the Financial & HR Manager as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin;
