职位描述:
Job Description:
1.负责公司在新加坡初创阶段的相关行政事务,包括公司选址、房屋租赁,装修等公司等相关事宜;
1.Responsible for the company's administrative affairs in the start-up stage in Singapore, including site selection, leasing of buildings, decoration, and other related matters.
2.负责与当地政府,机构,公司相关的行政需求工作的沟通及协调;
2.Responsible for communicating and coordinating administrative needs related to local government, institutions, and companies;
3.负责公司日常办公管理,配合完成公司规划;
3.Responsible for company's daily office management, to cooperate in completing company planning;
4.负责公司的资产、人员、文件管理;
4.Responsible for managing the company's assets, personnel, and documents;
5.负责中国到新加坡出差人员往来的相关事宜;
5.Responsible for managing the travel arrangements of employees traveling from China to Singapore;
6.需具备中英文的能力,能够协助公司进行中英文文件的撰写和翻译工作;
6.Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English, including assisting with the writing and translation of documents;

新加坡公民/PR/LTVP/马来西亚人
Singapore Citizen/PR/LTVP/Malaysian
具备2年以上的公司行政管理工作经验优先
Priority given to candidates with over 2 years of administrative management experience in a company.
熟悉新加坡的政府政策和相关法规;
Familiarity with Singapore's government policies and related regulations;
具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力和协调能力;
Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills;
具备中英文的能力,能够流利地进行中英文口头和书面沟通;
Ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing;
本科及以上学历,专业不限;
Bachelor's degree or above, with no specific major required;
工作时间:五天制
Working hours: 5 days
周一到周五:08:30AM - 05:30PM。
Monday - Friday: 08:30AM - 05:30PM.
