PACKAGE: Base Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission

Job Description
Hunt new customers and distributors locally and regionally to meet sales target
Service and maintain excellent relationship with current customers and distributors by providing solutions to their problems
Be the main contact point to customers and distributors for requests and supports
Do weekly topline & monthly summary report on status and problems faced in market and suggest possible solutions to management
Track and report competitors’ movements and strategies in trade
Able to work extra hours if needed for Road Shows/Trade Events during weekends at times
Comfortable to do product application demonstration and presentation to customers
Requirements
Able to work in a start-up environment with ad-hoc duties and responsibilities (e.g. road shows and events)
Experience in sales or business development within food service experience in the F&B industry will be advantage
Applicants must possess own vehicle and company will provide petrol and parking allowance
Able to travel overseas when necessary
Good self-starter with initiative and results oriented
Possesses strong negotiation and presentation skills
Team player with a positive attitude to help fellow team members if needed
Good understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
Barista skills will be advantage but not necessary if don't
