You must be a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for over 10 years. If you are a SPR with less than 10 years, you will be required to submit a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction or proof of stay in Singapore for more than 10 years.
The agent must be at least 21 years old. They should hold a minimum of 4 GCE 'O' Levels passes or an equivalent qualification. The agent should have successfully passed an industry examination, such as the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) or equivalent exam
You must go for a RES course that is about 3 months - course fees about $1xxx
You must pass the NTUC Res exam 2 times - about $250 each sitting
